Hello,
I received my Free Revolution more than a week ago. I installed it, everything went well, everything works as it should.
I had internet until last night. Indeed, I woke up to see on the Freebox step 1 booting FTTP and xDSL modules. On the Free TV, it says: check that the Freebox server is properly connected to the internet. My line is activated, I don't understand anything. The Freebox is stuck on step 1!! Please help me^^
Configuration: xp

Hi
if your v6 is stuck on step 1, there are two possibilities:
- Your Freeplug is faulty (try using the Freeplug from the other box)
- Or your box has burned out (due to a thunderstorm, an unexpected power outage, a manufacturing defect, ...)
First, swap the Freeplug power supplies between your two boxes.
If nothing changes, make an appointment with a technician.
See you!
