Unable to delete a file from the spooler

Solved

Hello,

I have a file in my print queue (LEXMARK Series 1200 printer) that I can't get rid of, and it's blocking all my prints.
1st solution: Several attempts to delete it via the Printer menu/Delete, nothing works, no deletions possible.
2nd solution: I tried running a command prompt (net stop spooler, then net start spooler), still nothing works.
3rd solution: Turning the computer off and on again, and still nothing... the file is still in the print queue.
Does anyone have a solution to propose?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Here is an interesting solution:

    With administrator rights,
    1. Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
    2. Right-click on Print Spooler, choose Stop
From this point on, no one will be able to print.

    3. Go to this folder C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS
    4. Delete all the files present
    5. Restart the service mentioned in 2.

    Good luck!!

It worked, thank you very much. At first, I was worried that it hadn't worked because I had left the print queue window open and therefore had the information before the operation. I closed and then reopened the print queue window and there were no more jobs.
I was able to print my resume. Thank you.

Thank you Joomliner for this clear response that allowed me to solve the problem in 30 seconds.
Much better than a 50-page USER MANUAL on a CD where nothing is ever found.

    Thank you,

Fortunately, there are good souls to fix the problems with Windows 10.
What a MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM since the update,...
In 20 years of computers, I've never had such a M. before:
Except for Windows Vista, 98, Me, and so on
    Cheers
