Hello,
After my Fujitsu Toshiba laptop shut down during updates due to the battery, Windows 7 displays an error message with a blue background upon startup:
Stop: c000021a (fatal system Error)
the initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x0010050c).
the system has been shut down.
Last known configuration and safe mode do not work, and the repair CD does not detect the operating system. I can only load the drivers.
What is the solution besides reinstalling Windows?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.19

Hello,
The issue has been resolved.
I downloaded the SATA drivers from the manufacturer's website onto a USB stick, and at the startup of the Windows 7 installation CD, I uploaded them in the repair section. If that doesn't work, proceed with the installation, then skip the steps until the custom installation where you can load the drivers.
The disk is then recognized.
Thank you.

Yes, because when I go to the command prompt with the repair disc, the diskpart command does not detect any disks...
The hard drive must be out of order. Probably its PCB. Unless you know how to change a PCB, I would advise you to buy a new hard drive.
Actually, the disk is not damaged because it starts up well on Windows. Then, it is during the Windows startup that it displays the error. I have a live CD of Ubuntu from which I can recognize the disk well. But I don't understand why the system repair does not detect Windows.
So, do you know how to run a disk scan for damaged sectors and CRC errors? If so, go ahead and do it; it might just be a misplaced error...
Merci.
Download and burn the following ISO with DeepBurner or another software capable of burning an ISO:
ftp://lug.mtu.edu/ubcd/ubcd511.iso
Boot the PC with it. Find and launch a program called HDAT2 4.8.1 "Scan and fix disk errors" on your damaged disk. It may be able to repair them. If not, try other available software, but HDAT2 is one of the most powerful.
