Bonjour,
je laisse un appel a l'aide, mon ordinateur a de gros soucis et je n'arrive pas a en trouver la cause, je n'arrives pas a telecharger un antivirus et j'ai apparement des problemes avec windows.
parfois l'ordinateur redemarre car windows a reperé une erreur serieuse et redemarre pour sauvegarder le systeme, quand je navigue les pages ne s'affichent pas "windows a reccupere un onglet" (a moins que ce ne soit internet explorer).
dans tous les cas j'ai peur que mon ordinateur soit gravement infecté et je souhaiterai pouvoir le sauver mais je n'ai pas les connaissances pour cela, je vous demande donc un coup de main, si une ame charitable pouvait m'aider ca serait tres aimable!;D

desactive ton antivirus
desactive Windows defender si présent
desactive ton pare-feu
Ferme toutes tes appilications en cours
telecharge et enregistre ceci sur ton bureau :
Pre_Scan
s'il n'est pas sur ton bureau coupe-le de ton dossier telechargements et colle-le sur ton bureau
Avertissement: Il y aura une extinction courte du bureau --> pas de panique.
une fois telechargé lance-le , laisse faire le scan jusqu'à l'apparition de "Pre_scan.txt" sur le bureau.
si l'outil detecte un proxy et que tu n'en as pas installé clique sur "supprimer le proxy"
si l'outil semble ne pas avoir fonctionné renomme-le winlogon , ou change son extension en .com ou .scr
Il se peut que l'outil soit un peu long sur la reattribution des fichiers tout depend combien tu en as , laisse-le travailler
Poste Pre_Scan.txt qui apparaitra sur le bureau en fin de scan

▶ Télécharge : Gmer (by Przemyslaw Gmerek) et enregistre-le sur ton bureau
Desactive toutes tes protections le temps du scan de gMer
Pour XP => double clique sur gmer.exe
Pour Vista et 7 => clique droit "executer en tant que...."
▶ clique sur l'onglet rootkit,lances le scan,des lignes rouges vont apparaitre.

▶ Télécharge ici : Ad-remover sur ton bureau :
▶ Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !
si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."
▶ sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut .
▶ clique le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
▶ Au menu principal choisis "option Nettoyer" et tape sur [entrée] .
▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
▶ Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...
( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

▶ Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
Une fois le téléchargement achevé,
▶ lance ZHPDiag.exe et clique sur Unzip dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre.
▶ Clique sur le tournevis puis sur Tous pour cocher toutes les cases des options.
▶ Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.
A la fin de l'analyse,
▶ clique sur l'appareil photo et enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.

▶ Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
Une fois le téléchargement achevé,
▶ lance ZHPDiag.exe et clique sur Unzip dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre.
▶ Clique sur le tournevis puis sur Tous pour cocher toutes les cases des options.
▶ Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.
A la fin de l'analyse,
▶ clique sur l'appareil photo et enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.
Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien :

▶ Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\.ZHPDiag.txt
▶ Clique sur Ouvrir.
▶ Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

en fait je n'arrives a rien, le scan se deroule lentement, ca bloque a 65% et quand ca aboutit je ne parviens pas a enregistrer le fichier, il y a un sablier, je laisse tourner, 2h mais rien ne bouge!
un message d'avertissement m'informe qu'un fichier peut poser probleme selon windows, et qu'il faudrait le rennommer (C:/program files en C:/program files1) mais je n'arrives pas a le renommer ni en allant chercher le dossier et en cliquant deux fois dessus ni en cliquant "renommer" dans cette fenetre.....
je ne sais plus comment faire, a chaques fois soit l'ordi se bloque soit il redemarre...

c'est pas c:\program files , c'est c:\program tout court c'est pas un dossier c'est in fichier

j'ai trouvé les fichiers "program1" et "program2" mais pas "program" dans C:/ c'est normal?

ca ne marche toujours pas, le sablier, cette fois je ne pouvais plus rien faire, la souris ne reponsdait plus, j'ai eteint de force (bouton off), par contre j'ai trouvé un fichier "program" dans C:/, je l'ai effacé et vidé la corbeille.
