Hello, I recently got the Freebox V6 Revolution and I can't find a single channel when I launch the scan for them.
Even though I have the TV option for €1.99 (thanks Free...), I should have access since I'm paying for it!!
(Even though I can access it with the Canal mosaic or in the Freebox TV channels)
Could someone explain to me why and how to fix this, please?

There is no manipulation required to benefit from the Freebox TV service, except for the installation of the concerned box.
This is an optional service activated by default on your Free High-Speed subscription (charged at €1.99 per month).
However, certain conditions must be met for the line to be eligible:
- The subscription must be located in a unbundled area (partially or fully unbundled Freebox); non-unbundled subscribers cannot access the option and are therefore not charged;
- The line must have sufficient technical characteristics (bandwidth), depending on the geographical distance between your home and the Free equipment;
- The Freebox intended for TV must be connected to a television using the available connections and must be synchronized with the ADSL box (except for Freebox v4).
I believe all these conditions are met for you; what I can advise is to perform a hard reboot several times in succession. If that doesn't work, you must contact a technician who can handle your request; you can call them at 3244/1, or if you do not have an identifier, it’s 0892135161.

I just received the Freebox V6 and since this morning, I've been unable to receive TNT despite several reboots, even though my cable works fine on my TV.
I changed the antenna cable and miraculously, everything works; I think the TNT decoder is a bit more sensitive and that the cable and connections are important.
