Problem repeater CGV TNT Sat - 0 channels found

Hello,

I just acquired a CGV Premio TNT SAT receiver (yesterday) because the city where I live is still not covered. The orientation of the satellite dish shows a signal level of 78% and a quality of 99% on the home page of my receiver displayed on my TV screen.
When I start the automatic search for channels and radios, a progress bar indicates the percentage of the search completed. Once it reaches 100%, the receiver indicates 0 channels and 0 radios found.
The TNT SAT card and the connections have been properly set up.
If someone could help me figure out where this problem is coming from, that would be nice.

    I have the same problem, everything was fine, even when we switched to digital, and for the past few days nothing! The decoder can't find any channels, great!!!

      Hello, I just read your message. I had the same problem with the same device. In fact, I was receiving the signal but not from Astra 19.2°, so you need to do a new search by adjusting the dish until you find Astra, and then all the channels will install in less than 30 seconds ........... GOOD LUCK, it's going to work!
