Gros pb avec ma souris

bonjour tout le monde. j'ai beau regardé tous les forums, je ne trouve pas de solutions. mon problèmes est le meme que certaines personnes, c'est a dire que tous les 5 minutes a peu pres, ma souris devient folle , elle se barre a un peu partout et clik n'importe quoi. je sais qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un probleme de connexion de la souris.

j'ai pensé que c'était un faux virus, mais je en sais pas trop en faite parcque je ne trouve pas de solutions, j'ai essayé norton, panda, lavasoft, mais rien a faire.

SVP !! aidez moi.

    salut as tu essayé avec une autre souris pour voir??
    as tu reinstaller le driver de la souris?? il se pourais que le probleme vien de la

    salut jess !! oui j'ai bien essayé de réinstaller le driver et meme changer de souris mais rien a faire, le problème est toujours présents.

    si quelqu'un a une solution SVP

    Pendant l'installation, sur la page "Additional Options", décoche les deux options "Install background guard" et "Install scan via context menu Ewido Security Suite. Clique sur mise à jour.

    Clique sur scanner puis sur scan complet du système. puis colle le resultat ici
