It’s a paid software that apparently doesn't have a downloadable demo version:

so the only way to obtain it is to buy it.

Note that there are free software options to create PDFs from documents like pdfcreator:

Hello,
Unfortunately, in the new version of PDFCreator, something is going wrong! I worked with it (for creating covers for books and magazines) and since they made it into something with an additional converter... it no longer prints all formats. I got caught out with the last download and had to run all over the web to find something that could replace it; unfortunately, we are forced to go through this when we want to work with free tools. Now I'm also looking for something that can replace it. Does anyone know what the lowest price is for creating quality PDFs?

I just fought to find a way to create PDFs for printers (therefore meeting a number of standards such as: ISO PDF/X-1a: 2001 + conversion to CMYK colors). After a few hours of struggle (literally!), here’s a candidate that seems to do the job: Jaws PDF Creator, which costs around €50. A few tips:
- configure your software for a CMYK output (for example in Publisher at the page: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/publisher/HA011201401036.aspx)
- use Jaws PDF Creator as a printer, choose printing for offset printing.
IMPORTANT: Jaws must be configured with the appropriate plugins, which are located in a subdirectory called inactive plugins, that must be copied to default. MAKE SURE to read the documentation provided with Jaws, otherwise it will not work.
