Acrobat Distiller 5.0

Question

Hello,
Acrobat Distiller 5.0 works with Word up to version 2000, but starting from XP 2002 it is no longer recognized.
This seems to be due to the macro that does not install in Word 2002 unlike earlier versions.
Do you know if a patch or update exists, and if so, where it can be obtained?

Could someone help me? I have a document in PageMaker format that I need to convert to PDF, but I only need Acrobat Distiller. I want the link, even if it’s a demo, that could allow me to download it. Thank you in advance.

There is an update V 5.0.5 available at
http://herve-pc.cnrs-orleans.fr/Download/Adobe/Acrobat5.0.5/Acrobat5.0.5.htm
but it is the same version as mine.
Actually, version V 5.0.5 installs properly for Excel and PowerPoint but not for Word.
The macro that should appear in VBE is missing.
Maybe there is a way to install it, but I don't know how.
