Hello,
I am reaching out to request help regarding my Hotmail account, which has been blocked due to excessive spam sending.
I followed the very complex procedure to change my password and recover my account.
At one point, Hotmail sent me a verification code to my backup email address.
Unfortunately, my backup email address is no longer active as I haven't used it in many years.....
My questions are as follows:
How can I recover my Hotmail account without access to my backup email address?
How can I contact Hotmail (or Microsoft) and speak to a real person on the other end of the line or through the keyboard?
Thank you in advance for all your valuable responses!
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Once we receive this information, we can reset your password and send it to you via email at the address from which you sent your request. Hotmail can easily find out who is currently logging into this account and trace it back to their ISP, from where warnings can be issued, and access can be terminated... “If you haven't already done so, we advise you to add another email address (if you have one) to your Hotmail profile. This way, you can use the email password reset feature to reset your Hotmail password.
