Hello,
I just bought a Vista Quest FS-503 scanner and I would have been better off breaking my leg. I've been spending hours on forums trying to find the answer. The connection to my PC (Windows XP Pack 3) isn't working. The only drivers on the installation disc are for Windows 98. The Vista Quest website does not allow downloading drivers...
The forums are disheartening. I think I’m going to return this device without further delay!
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

No, this is not old equipment. In fact, it’s even the latest model from this brand. However, I ultimately gave up and returned the product. I warn everyone who might be tempted to buy this kind of product to check consumer forums first: it's enlightening regarding the Vista Quest FS-503 and other products sold by this American company (cameras, etc.). No drivers, all sorts of problems, etc. One piece of advice: DO NOT BUY!!!

Hello
Right-click on the executable / properties / compatibility... Choose [Win 2000]

The answer will be complete as long as the question is well formulated. An evocative title / Software used / circumstances of the failure / Attachments.... And if...! SMS I skip the question...! -

If the compatibility doesn't work and you can't find a driver for this printer, then you are a victim of old hardware.
