Hello,
After several attempts and following the instructions in English (the French version is missing half of it), the CD installed, when I try to scan either negatives or slides, no matter how much I try to "acquire", nothing happens
I believe I have tried everything; only my files stored on my computer appear. Photoimpression6 does not display the slides or negatives I am trying to scan, even when I press "copy" in despair
Could you please set me on the right path, assuming I haven't done everything correctly?

    Good evening, one suggestion: sometimes you need to digitize the test page for the PC to recognize the device
