Hello,
Error 0x800ccc69 with Windows Mail tells me "at least one invalid address," but it doesn't tell me which one, and there are dozens!

Thank you, it works!!! But do you know why we always have this kind of problem with WLM? Would you recommend changing email software?

The same error message 0x800CCC69 occurs when I send an email that contains a link to a website (and only in this case), with the comment:
An unknown error has occurred.
Server Error: 550
Server Response: 550 5.7.1 Spam Detected - Mail Rejected. Please see our policy at: https://postmaster.free.fr/#spam_detected
Server: 'smtp.free.fr'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC69
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
However, there are 2 issues with this error message: the email is sent to only one recipient. How does WLM consider it to be SPAM??
And in the advanced properties of the account, the outgoing server port (Smtp) is indeed set to 587 and not to 25. -

just try changing the outgoing server port (SMTP), instead of 25 use 587
