Hello,
I have a major problem with my CCMX software. When I start my PC and open the CCMX software, I get an error message that says: "Function SPADC_OUVRI_ADC Method mouverturebase Error code -102 when connecting to the SQL server. The DSN or the user and their password may not be correct when opening the ADMCLI database on the server.
I don't understand because I haven't changed my PC password and this just started happening when I opened it.
Therefore, I have a big issue because I can no longer open the software.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 18.0

Good evening,
Error code 102 is related to the fact that you have changed the name of the PC; it has nothing to do with the password, or the SQL services may not be started.
The SQL Agent and SQL Express must be running.
Check the CCMX environment: the name listed there must be the same as the PC's name (right-click property).
If the PC name has indeed been changed, you need to revert to the old one. Otherwise, run an SQL query to correctly rename the PC and the SQL services.
Best regards,
