Sims 3 on DS evict your tenant?

Hello,

I recently bought The Sims 3 on DS to test it and I got married, so the man now lives with me and I control him, no problem so far...
But now I want to kick him out and I've tried talking to him to find a solution, but I can't see the "expel" button or just "break up" because I want to leave him and kick him out of my house and also stop controlling him... So my question is: "Is there a button in the conversation? If so, which category (romantic, friendly, etc.)?
Also, apparently you can share a house with a woman, so if yes, how?? And thank you for answering me and not paying attention to my terrible spelling ^^

    Well, it took me a lot of time to understand, but I finally did it ^^ You need to be enemies with your boyfriend or husband, and after a few days, you won't be together anymore. Then you go on your simphone to the friends, acquaintances, and enemies section, click on your guy's name and you'll make him GET EXPELLED!!! But for this to work, your roommate must not be in the same room or location as you, or it won't work... And then the game will save, and you'll only have one character left. ^^ Honestly, I had a lot of trouble, and it was really just by pure chance that I found this solution, so I hope it will work for you too ^^

      To share an apartment with a woman, you need to be best friends first, then the option to move in together appears! There you go.

    I have a roommate who used to be my boyfriend, then I got engaged to Titus, and I wanted to marry him (to wear the wedding dress) and they tell me:
    Your sim doesn’t want to get married under these conditions, he prefers to move in with the other one. Evict the roommate (not word for word, huh) and I can’t find the solution either, I’ve tried everything and etc... it’s not working!
    Maybe we can’t evict him after all!

    So I tried and it doesn't work... I haven't moved in or been evicted or anything, I can only play games....

    I have a trick on PS3! So, you hold down L2. You press (X) on the person concerned, (the one you want to see… die. x] )
    Then, you press "Activate age transition" until they become a ghost. When that happens, you just have to press "Activate age transition" one last time & by .. The power of the holy spirit, O.O they will disappear, just like that, and permanently. There must be a rational explanation for this strange phenomenon.. (No, it must be a parallel world, or maybe death, taking a stroll around. *-* ) I think, (I think) that if you take a trip to the cemetery at night, you might see the ghost of your ex-flatmate/husband or whatever else.. That's it!!!
