1-Go to the clearing near the stadium, click on the large stone and magiiiiiiie, you can make it snow.
2-Go at night to the cemetery and, not far from the fishing area, click on a tombstone (try them all)
and magiiiiiiiie ........
3-Go to the art gallery and click on the purple painting to your left (rotate the camera) and magiiiiiiiiiiiie........
4-Not far from the lighthouse is an observation point where there is a bench. Click on it and magiiiiiiiiiiiie.....
5-Go to the military base and click on the statue and magiiiiiiiiiie
6-Go to the Gothic house and click on the statue and ........you know the rest ---'
7-(Come on, courage) go to the nightclub and click on the table near the restrooms and tsoin tsoin
8-Return near the lighthouse and click on the sculpture near the bench and tagada tsoin tsoin
9-Go to the Plénozas' house (what a name) and "talk" to the garden gnome and ...........
10-Go to the poet's abode and click on a flower pot and ooooooooh it's magiiiique

So to get money, it's not a code, but a power of "Karma". Do you see a Lighthouse? Then click on the bench next to it, and it will say "activate Giant Jackpot". You shouldn't use it too much, because then you might lose money!!!

I don't think there's a way to get money; if you want to have some, you need to
either:

-work (simple and normal)
-marry someone rich (ruining them)
-have a wealthy roommate (ruining them)
-go fishing and painting (and then sell the fish and the paintings)
there you go, but there are no cheats to get money in The Sims 3 on DS.

You need to earn 45,000 points (which you gain by granting wishes) and with that, you buy the option "have pockets full" and you get a lot of money.

The poet's house is behind the Plènosas
and you can't change the color of the furniture, but for the fireplace flame you need to: buy a fireplace, have a good level of DIY skills, click on the fireplace and select change the color of the flame, then when the upgrade is finished, change the color of the flame to green, blue, pink, purple, and many others :)
