Unable to delete: data corrupted on PS3

Hello, here is my problem following a very stupid bug on GT5. I tried to delete the installed game data, after 20 minutes noticing that the console couldn’t finish, I restarted it, so the result is damaged data and deletion impossible with error 800............ . I would like to know if there is a way other than formatting the hard drive to delete them, if you know how we can do it.

    Hi, if you want you can format your entire PS3... But you will LOSE EVERYTHING: movies, music, photos, saves, etc.

    Yes but the problem is that I have nothing to back up my data, no PC or external hard drive, and I don’t want to lose everything.
