bonjour a tous!

depuis hier, le message your computer is infected! apparait ds ma barre de taches.
j'ai deja essayé spybot et adaware, mais rien n'y fait. j'ai ensuite essayé de suivre les différents conseils postés sur ce site, mais je ne m'y connais pas assez pour analyser le rapport de hijackthis. voici celui-ci:
