My printer only prints in yellow

Hello,

I bought an HP B110a printer two weeks ago. It is connected to my computer via Wi-Fi and works fine, but the only problem is that it only prints in yellow and black.

It's a printer with magenta, cyan, yellow, and black cartridges.

I have already changed the cartridges in case it was a malfunction, but it still only prints in yellow and black.

Do you have a solution to my problem???

I cleaned the print heads as you said, I got the magenta and the black back and I thank you for that, but my cyan is still missing. I cleaned it again and still nothing... what should I do???
