Red prints in yellow!

Hello,

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 39.0

My printer is an Epson SX435.

When I print a red area on the screen, it comes out yellow on paper!

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

    It's that one of the cartridges is empty, and I think it's the Magenta, because it's not a Red Blue Green cartridge but Cyan Magenta Yellow, and you need Yellow and Magenta to make red.
