My printer only prints in yellow.

Hello everyone,

I still have a lot of "Colors and Black" ink in my cartridges and yet my printer only prints in yellow (photos and texts).

How can I get it to print normally please?

    If you haven't used it for a while, some of the nozzles may be clogged (the ink may have dried inside them). Check the user manual of your printer to find out how to unclog them.

      It is possible that removing the leaves slightly distorted the print heads or the connectors. If you have good eyesight, you can try to see if there is a problem (you compare the print heads; for the connectors, try to check if there are no folds or bumps).
      If you changed the cartridge in the meantime and it still happens, the issue is with the printer.
      If you haven’t changed any cartridges, try to change them (if you have a cartridge for each color, you can try swapping two colors to see if the problem persists).
