White line issue on startup

Hello,
So here it is, as the title says, I have a big problem.
When I start my PC, there are vertical white lines on the screen, and when Windows starts to load, the display cuts out. I've scanned the hard drive for any viruses with my Kaspersky.
The PC boots in safe mode without any display issues. Sometimes it manages to boot in normal mode, but the display cuts out with a black screen.
I have cleaned the inside of my tower, unplugged and replugged the graphics card, and it still happens :(

Do you have any ideas??
Best regards

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.12

My graphics card was bought new, not second-hand.
Otherwise, could this be due to a loose connection in my power supply?

Thank you for your responses.

Here I disconnected my graphics card and connected to the VGA of the integrated card and now I have no issues, the screen is fine....
Is there a way to test the PCI port to know if the problem comes from it or from the graphics card?
This will save me from changing the GPU for nothing ^^

Good evening,
it might be a hardware problem... like the graphics card...

If this problem is new, Eset Nod32 is better than your Kaspersky
Or your Windows is faulty (there is an error in its files)
It is very difficult to correct this problem.

Graphics card tested, no issues, I tested it and it's perfect.

As for Windows, when the problem appeared, I formatted the PC and reinstalled Windows, everything worked well for a week and now I have to be in safe mode.

My Kaspersky is genuine with the updates.

Louffy: I advise you to get an Nvidia GeForce Fx or xM..
Did you buy your graphics card new or did you find it as an integrated card?

I Think Your Motherboard Is at Risk

Yes, you are right, but you will amplify the problem, and it will become more difficult for you. So take a little patience. To better understand the issue, I will try to fix your problem, but it is difficult without touching your motherboard or examining it ^^ (75% power supply)
And when I mentioned the motherboard, I didn't mention the graphics card; I only had
Also, I had a problem like this where my monitor displayed a black screen for 1 second
