MP3 player driver

Hello,
my daughter just got a GRANDIN MP3 player.
I can't install the drivers on my computer.
What can I do?

    Once you have the software installed, you take your MP3, go to My Computer, Control Panel, System, Device Manager, click on Update Drivers, proceed until you're asked to choose a location, browse and set the location of your software, and follow the instructions. Restart your PC and normally your MP3 should work.

    I got an MP3 player and my computer is a Windows 98. I can't install the drivers either, if you find a solution. Could you please send me an email?

    yes but I am on XP
    I know that there shouldn't be this problem on XP but for me it is the case

    I have the same problem as you: I have a Grandin USB MP3 player and I don't have the driver to upload MP3s to it.
    Could someone send me this driver or provide a link to a site where I can find it?
