Samsung LED TV UE32C6000

Hello, I just acquired a Samsung LED UE32C6000, no channels are installed, yet my antenna socket is working. If anyone knows the solution, please help me.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

    Hello,
    Nice screen! You need to add a HT BD8200 soundbar, the sound will be better.
    In the meantime, you need to find the channels!
    If the search process goes normally, you need to look into the reception.
    Is this the first time you’re searching for TNT channels?
    If so, the antenna may not be properly adjusted.
    Otherwise, the device might be the issue. Use the warranty; it should be less than a year old!

    Thank you Clodavi for your response. I already have an LCD TV connected to the antenna, the DTT reception is very good. The Samsung is new, as I received it yesterday. When I go to channel search, I press OK and nothing happens.

      There are therefore 2 TVs on the same antenna?
      Try connecting the antenna directly to the Samsung.
      If the channel search does not start, it must be due to the device. I would suggest consulting the manual, if not already done, and then contacting customer service because at this point the diagnosis is too broad.

    Well, I tried all the possibilities. I called the customer service at Rue du Commerce, we did some troubleshooting but with no results. The conclusion is that I'm sending the TV back in exchange for the same model. But I remain questioning, as I'm afraid that the next one will do the same thing!!! These TVs are manufactured in Hungary, so there might be a formatting issue. Thank you for your advice. Patrick.

      It's a shame! The country of manufacture matters little! Unfortunately, out of the millions of devices produced, there is always a chance of finding several defective ones!
      I know several owners of that type of Samsung who haven't had any problems. It's just bad luck!
      Normally, the search for channels follows the command and you can see the progress. If that's not the case and if you're sure of the reception, then it comes from the device.
      One piece of advice for connecting a home theater system or a soundbar, if possible, opt for a Samsung, connect the TV and the home theater system with an optical cable for sound. The HDMI cable only transmits sound and video from the home theater to the TV.
