Hello,
Suddenly the lens is stuck (and the flash is extended), and since then my camera is unusable. It displays "Lens error, restart". But this does not yield any results.
Do you have a solution?

I had the same problem, so I completely disassembled it.
I found the issue, and it comes from the lens motor. You just need to move it a bit by unscrewing it and then reassemble it. And there you go, it works again.
It takes about 2 hours to do things properly ;)

I have the same lens error message, restart. Of course, it doesn't restart. I would like you to suggest taking apart the device to access the lens motor. But what should I disassemble? And how? Thank you for your information.
