J'aurais besoin que quelqu'un m'aide à comprendre l'analyse SMART si dessous car j'ai l'impression que mon disque dur est en train de rendre l'âme (mon windows freeze quand j'essaye d'accéder à certains dossiers et lorsque cela arrive j'entends le hdd faire des grattements bizzares...):

Bon faute de réponse, j'ai continué à faire mes propres tests.
Sur un ancien disque dur que je sais HS, j'ai lancé une analyse SMART.
Et sur la ligne:

J'ai ensuite fait l'analyse sur un disque dur que je sais en bon état de fonctionnement.
J'ai quasi le même rapport que sur mon disque dur Hitachi à la différence qu'il n'y a pas toutes les parties de ce genre:
