Hello,

I am currently working with Batigest entrepreneur. The installation was completely done by a company that also created the formatting of the invoices (quotes-delivery notes...).
Unfortunately, they made an error in entering our company data at the bottom of the page. However, I am unable to find where to modify them.
Unfortunately, the error was made 3 years ago. Having just arrived at the company, I noticed it.
Could you please let me know, if you know, the procedure to follow?

    you need to go through the initialization menu -> general information and make your changes.

      Thank you for your response, but unfortunately I had already tried and it doesn't work. Moreover, at the bottom of the invoice (quote...), it says, with the SIRET number, the bank account number, which also contains an error, and I don't know where to modify that.

      For the forms, you can try to look in utilities > editing settings and for each sheet to edit, you modify where you want to change. If it turns out the company has used label fields instead of sections, they won’t automatically change as soon as you modify the entries.
