Sims Urbz where to find nutria & tightrope walker??

Hello,

I am stuck in The Urbz on Nintendo D.S; (mission 4) Roxanna Moxie wants me to find: a dancing capybara and a tightrope walker.

The problem is that I really don't know where to look, please tell me exactly where to search.

    For the nutria, you need to go to the glass city (go in on the side where the town hall apartments are, take the path up) then there will be stairs going down on the right, go down those, there will be a "vehicle" take a look at your map (search a bit because I don't remember where it is^^) and normally on one of the islands there will be a sign underneath saying there are nutrias!!!
    As for the tightrope walker, I don't remember, talk to everyone!!!
