I'm having trouble finding the salmon to make the farmhouse antidote. Please help me

I went to the forum, I went to the stream by the stone to cook (at all hours of the day and night) but I didn't see it. I went back to see the doctor, we agree that the one I'm looking for is BLUE AND WHITE with the tail that goes up to the left.
