Hello,
The procedure (described in the manual) does not work with my 3rd powerline adapter.
At step 2: the indicator blinks once with the orange light in the middle.
Still, I proceed to steps 5 and 6, and the indicator of powerline adapters 1 or 2 does not blink even once.
Has anyone encountered this problem before?
Thank you in advance for any information.
Bruno

Here is the notice I received directly from Léa:
NB: unplug all CPL devices from your electrical network to avoid disrupting the proper execution of the upcoming procedures.
NB2: the devices should be plugged in electrically only
NB3: the Ethernet cables remain unplugged during all these procedures
STEP 1 - Pairing CPL devices 1 and 2:
These procedures allow you to pair a pair of CPL devices with a unique network key and thus enable communication between these devices on a unique independent network, for example, from other CPL devices that may be plugged in at your place and your neighbors'. To do this:
- Plug CPL 1 and 2 into the same power strip, one at each end, with no other electrical device connected to the power strip. If you have a surge-protected power strip, use it. Do not connect the Ethernet cables to the CPL devices.
- Press the pairing button on the first CPL device for 12 seconds. The 3 indicators will light up after 12 seconds, for one second. Then release (if the 3 indicators do not light up, simply release the button. The 3 indicators should then light up). Following this operation, only the power indicator remains lit steadily.
- Perform the same operation on CPL 2.
- Press the pairing button on CPL 1 for precisely 2 seconds. The power indicator will blink when you release it.
- Within 2 minutes, perform the same operation on the second CPL, while the power indicator continues to blink on the first CPL. The power indicator on CPL 2 will also start blinking.
- The indicators on the devices may go through several states. Just wait for the power indicators on both CPLs to become steady (generally 2 minutes).
- Perform a self-diagnosis (step 4) to test the proper pairing of CPL 1 and 2, then move on to step 2.
STEP 2 - Pairing CPL device 3:
These procedures allow you to share the network key used by the first two CPL devices and thus enable communication of the third CPL with the first two on the same network. To do this:
- Unplug CPL 1, and replace it with CPL 3.
- Press the pairing button on CPL 3 for 12 seconds to clear the previous pairing data.
- Press the pairing button on CPL 2 for precisely 2 seconds. The power indicator will blink when you release it.
- Within 2 minutes, perform the same operation on CPL 3, while the power indicator continues to blink on the other plugged CPL (CPL 2). The power indicator on CPL 3 will then also start blinking.
- The indicators on the devices may go through several states. Just wait for the power indicators on both CPLs to become steady (generally 2 minutes).
- Perform a self-diagnosis (step 4) between these CPL devices. You can also perform a self-diagnosis between devices 1 and 2, then 1 and 3. Note: the self-diagnosis is done with only two devices at a time.
STEP 3 - Pairing a fourth CPL device:
In the same way, this step allows sharing the network key used by the first CPL devices with a new device. To do this:
- Perform the same operation as in step 2, replacing one of the CPLs with CPL 4.
- You can perform a self-diagnosis of the CPL pairs, 2 at a time, to verify that each CPL is communicating properly with one another.
STEP 4 - Self-diagnosis:
These procedures allow you to verify the proper communication between two paired CPL devices. To do this:
- Unplug, then replug your 2 CPL devices into the same power strip, one at each end, with no other electrical device on the power strip. If you have a surge-protected power strip, use it for this test. The power indicator lights up on each of the CPL devices.
- Wait 40 seconds for the CPL link indicator to light up on each of the devices.
* If the CPL link indicator is lit up in green, it means that the devices are properly paired and thus communicate well together. They are ready for operation. If the pairing of all the devices is complete, you can reconnect them to their permanent location, then connect the Ethernet cables to the devices that need to communicate together. If the pairing of all the devices is not complete, move on to the next step.
* If the CPL link indicator is lit up in orange or red, it means that the devices are communicating, but you have electrical disturbances. An optimization of your electrical network may be necessary. Please contact us about this.
* If the CPL link indicator does not light up, redo the previous step (1, 2, or 3). If you are not sure about the proper pairing of the devices, do not hesitate to start the process over from the beginning (step 1).
For me, it worked the first time.

Thank you very much, it saved my nerves from total destruction! It worked perfectly (the thing to remember: pair 2 powerline adapters, unplug one, and pair the next one.)
Langrem
Thank you very much, I succeeded thanks to your explanations.

Thank you!! It works.
