Hello,
I have a problem with remote connection to my Wireless.
Actually, my wireless connects properly, and it indicates that I am connected, but the internet is not working nor is msn...
When I run the troubleshooting for msn, it tells me that my default gateway is not defined. I've read the responses already posted on this topic, but I don't know how to define my gateway... Can someone help me by guiding me step by step?
Thanks in advance ;-)

You all seem to have roughly the same problem; you are missing the default gateway. I think I understand that your box does not allow two PCs to be connected to the internet with the same IP address, so you either need to call the hotline to get another IP address to put in the default gateway, or reinstall the WiFi key software and make sure to select Windows configuration when prompted, even if we are told we need the Microsoft manual, etc.
If you retrieve another IP address, then as previously stated, go to connection-properties-IP/TCP protocol-automatic IP address, also make sure the DNS is set to automatic-validate and restart the internet.
If it still doesn't work, enter this IP address 192.168.1.5 and set the default gateway to 192.168.1.16. That's the only help I can provide; it might even be nonsense, lol. Good night, everyone!

Hello, I followed your instructions Desmo (it's funny you have the same nickname as my mother-in-law's dog) and it worked, my PC has reconnected. Thank goodness sites like this exist, otherwise computer sellers and repairers would make a lot of money, lol. Thank you!

OoOoH Desmo, I declare my unconditional love for you! After 3 days of struggles in the labyrinth of my computer, you brought me light, the thread of Ariadne solving all my problems. Thank you *o*!
