    There are no drivers in the player, yes I know there is always a file, but it doesn't do anything, it doesn't come from there.

    I got 6 or 7 and I've always deleted everything and never had any trouble, so yes I think it's a coincidence. You'd need to explain to me precisely what the problem is! All I know is that you've absolutely deleted everything from your mp3 and you want to restore it! But you deleted it, so what? What’s not working now?

    ALORS put yourself in my shoes (in my skin basically) when I plug the mp3 into my USB port, my drive F opens automatically and when I try to put a song that is in the correct format (MP3), a rectangle opens directly on my screen and in the rectangle it says precisely:
    impossible to copy the music (example Christophe Maé): impossible to create the directory or file.

    Plug in your MP3, go to My Computer, then right-click on the icon that represents your MP3, then select format. Once that's done, it should be back in order. Keep me posted.
