!! Nokia 6700 phone won't turn on

Hello,
Since this morning, my Nokia 6700 Classic mobile phone turns on but stays stuck on a neutral home page that isn't mine, and most importantly, the contacts have disappeared and I can't access the menu for all the functions... So the phone function works (thank goodness;), but the navigation and function keys don't work at all (even though they work when I turn it on to enter the PIN code) and I really don't understand why this happened...
Note that this is a brand new Nokia 6700 Classic, purchased from Orange a month ago, and everything was working very well until today (and there has been no shock).
I removed and reinserted the battery to see, no change.
The keys respond well, and the battery seems fine as well.
Is there a way to reset everything (without using the function keys that are unresponsive...)?
Otherwise, what explanation do you have for this?

no idea?.. I've looked everywhere and I haven't found an explanation...

Solution = Customer Service. It kept shutting down on its own. And finally, it wouldn't turn on at all. No solution other than sending it back.

I have the same problem as you cobalticy, for exactly 30 minutes. And this is not the first time it has happened to me. My previous phone had the same issues, I had to change it. I've had the Nokia 6700 classic for two months now. These phone issues are starting to annoy me. And I really don't want to change it, especially since I have a friend who has the same phone as me and has never had this kind of incident....
