Hello, I would like to know if anyone knows a way to get my Nokia 6500 slide working again. It turns on, displays a white screen with Nokia (normal), then shows a completely white screen, and then it shuts down. I want to specify that it hasn't received any shocks and this happened after I charged it. During charging, the screen kept turning on and off repeatedly, and it does the same thing every time I charge it.
I have already tried to do a hard reset "on/off" + * + 3, but without success.
Thank you to everyone who is willing to help me!

I had the same problem as you.. there's nothing you can do about it, check the battery, put your SIM card back in.. Otherwise, if it's still under warranty, try to exchange it. Sorry, no more information.

1-I had the same problem when charging the battery with a charger from another series of Nokia.
AFTER
2-I had the same problem with a new battery.
Conclusion: battery issue. -
My device has done this to me twice!
The first time, I went to a Swisscom shop, and they told me it was dead. (Of course, after waiting for 45 minutes). They didn't even try the 'hard reset'. And I didn't know that trick.
I left my phone in a drawer, the battery next to it for about 2 months. One day I went online and came across a forum discussing the hard reset. I took my 6500 slide, did the trick, and hooray!! It turned on!
4 or 5 months later, it happened again. I went back to the forum to see the procedure (I couldn't remember it and hadn’t written it down anywhere). No way, it wouldn't restart.
I left my phone in a drawer for 3 or 4 weeks without the battery. And as I'm writing this, it is charging because it just restarted after doing the hard reset (* + 3 + ON/OFF).
I'm not an expert, but it seems to me that you need to wait long enough for the phone's internal battery to completely discharge for the hard reset to work.
