Hello,

I have an issue with my Excel print options: when I try to print 2 (or 3...) copies of a document, even though I change the number of copies in the printer settings, I only get one copy.

Thank you for any help if someone knows the solution.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.3

I've experienced oddities like this before.

If you select the number of copies in Excel (e.g., 3) and then go to the printer settings (to select duplex mode for example), it may happen that when you return to initiate printing, the number of copies may have been altered by the transfer of printer settings from the control panel. In this case, there’s nothing you can do but pay attention before you start printing (make sure to correct the number of copies if necessary).

If it doesn't work, try these solutions:
    - Close and reopen Excel, then print
    - Turn off and restart the computer, then print (to clear the memory if it’s related to a memory leak)
    - Decrease the printer resolution, that is to say, reduce the number of dpi in the printer settings. For me, it was this last option that solved my problem.

    Good luck!

      Thank you zoomZOOM,

But I solved my problem: actually, the "collated copies" box was checked. By unchecking it, I was able to print multiple copies.
In fact, since the print settings are saved with each change, this box remained checked.

Thanks anyway and have a great weekend.
