My web page displays and then disappears immediately.

Hello,

My webpage loads and then disappears right away; I found this solution

"there is a box that is unchecked in Internet Options. Here’s what to do:

1 - Click on Tools/Internet Options at the top
2 - Choose the Advanced tab
3 - Under Browsing, check the box --> Allow websites to use the search pane.
4 - Click Apply
5 - Click OK "

But

I can’t find the box "allow websites to use the search pane” under Browsing

(I use Firefox)

    The Firefox home page, in fact, I click on Firefox, the Google page appears and disconnects immediately.

    Hello,

    What type of internet browser are you using?

    -Internet Explorer, Firefox, or .....

    If you can't see it, you might be looking wrong.

    If your problem persists, reinstall it.

    I use Firefox;
    but with Explorer, it does the same thing
    I did consider deleting it and reinstalling it, but.....
    how could I reinstall it if I can't access any web pages....

    Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to bring up the Task Manager and check if you have the line iexplore.exe.

    You should uninstall the browsers, download the .exe of a browser from the computer you are currently using, and transfer it to the one with the problem.

    no, I don't have that; I have explorer.exe but not iexplore.
