Hello,
I would like to know if you have ever tested the degrouptest website, which is used to check the eligibility of a line. I just tested the line at my workplace where we have a Wanadoo pro ADSL line that works perfectly. However, after a curiosity test on degrouptest, the results tell me that ADSL is impossible above 512, which is false. I then tested several computer lines in the area where I am located, and got the same result... The results are quite surprising!
Yet this area has been around for a few years...
Do you know any other similar sites that allow for result comparison?
Thank you

Hello,
Not only is my line not eligible for ADSL at Degrouptest.com, but the same software at Neuf, where I have a 2 mega ADSL subscription with total unbundling, gives me the same response: line not eligible for ADSL. Since I am in conflict with Neuf regarding a cegetel subscription that Club Internet forgot to cancel, I am taking the opportunity to file a complaint in the local court to claim a refund of the sums collected and damages (a completely free process with the local judge). In this jungle, the king of bandits is indeed Neuf Telecom, but they are not above the law.

Do not trust this website at all, which is absolutely unreliable.
For example, when you take an eligibility test, the distance indicated between the NRA and the tested line is much less than the actual distance.
You just need to go on Google Earth or another serious site to measure the straight-line distance to realize this.
For a specialized site, this is unacceptable.
It gives consumers false hopes for a certain speed that they will never be able to obtain from their ISP.

Check ADSL eligibility and line capacity according to access providers:
