FREEBOX - Radio reception issues

If the Freebox is connected to the same amplifier (or same power outlet) as the FM tuner, it is quite possible that there are interferences indeed. I have a bit of this problem too: when my CD player is on, the reception on my FM tuner is poor. And as soon as I turn it off, it works normally again. So it’s enough to unplug the Freebox when the tuner is in use. If it persists, that means the problem doesn’t originate from there. What’s weird is that it does it on all the units in the house... At this rate, it might be an interference problem with the Wi-Fi signals, if Wi‑Fi is enabled... Otherwise, I really don’t see what else it could be.

We have the Freebox and no radio problems.. I don’t really see the link between the Freebox and radio, but oh well..

I also had this problem. It disappeared the day I changed my Livebox...

It’s marked as resolved even though I don’t see what’s resolved. I’m having the same reception problem (which is really a bandwidth issue) for France Info, France Culture, FIP, etc...

I don’t have an amplifier connected to anything, the sound comes directly from the TV. The sound is good with all Free channels, so it should work with radio too. In fact, it’s as if there are bursts of sound and then nothing, then it comes back, it starts again.

So, if anyone has an idea to resolve this unresolved post... I’m looking into it on my end and I’ll let you know if I have any news.

There is no relationship between FM reception and the Freebox.
