Forgotten messenger password

Hello,
I installed Messenger Plus but I haven't used it for a long time, and when I wanted to benefit from its bonuses, it seems that I set a password to access the preferences that I can't remember! Please help me. Thanks.

    when you try to log in, there should be a note at the bottom saying forgot password? click on it and follow the procedure
    otherwise, check here msn lost password
