Unable to change password on Leboncoin

Hello community

I lost my password on Boncoin.

I request to change my password and they give me a phone number to receive a code. But it's an old number...

I'm stuck at this point, contact form filled out but no appropriate response for weeks.

And to make matters worse, someone bought a book from me and I have to send it within 48 hours, Impossible to fulfill the sale.

If anyone has any ideas

    Hello.

    Leboncoin is the only one who can solve your problem. Since you haven't changed your phone number in your profile, it blocks you from changing your password. You can only contact them through the contact form that you have already filled out, so all you can do is wait for a possible response from Leboncoin.
