Question

Bonjour à tous,
J'aurai besoin de votre aide pour un rapport Hijackthis, depuis qques jours mon ordi a une memoire physique qui avoisine les 90% et ma connection internet est limitée voire inexistante (alors que mes 2 autres pc n'ont aucun prob avec internet)

DESACTIVE TON ANTIVIRUS ET TON PAREFEU SI PRESENTS !!!!!(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)

 et enregistre le sur ton bureau 

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

Laisse coché :

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul

choisis l'option Search

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

Fais un examen dit "Complet" .

&#9654 Telecharge UsbFix 

 (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir


&#9654 Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

&#9654 Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . 

&#9654 Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée] 

&#9654 Laisse travailler l outil.

&#9654 Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

&#9654 choisi l option 2 ( Suppression )

&#9654 Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

&#9654 Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

&#9654 Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

&#9654 Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Juste pour info j'avais renommé 2 de mes disques durs, et tous ont retrouvé leur nom initials (disque local C, disque local D, etc...)

&#9654 Clique sur le menu Demarrer /Panneau de configuration/Options des dossiers/ puis dans l'onglet Affichage
* - Coche    Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
* - Décoche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
* - Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)

&#9654 clique sur Appliquer, puis OK.

N'oublie pas de recacher à nouveau les fichiers cachés et protégés du système d'exploitation en fin de désinfection, c'est important

Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :

Virus Total

    * Clique sur Parcourir en haut, choisis Poste de travail et cherche ces fichiers :

C:\Windows\SysNative\acovcnt.exe

    * Clique maintenant sur Envoyer le fichier. et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
    * Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
    * Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
    * Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
    * Clique alors sur les deux fleches
    * Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
    * Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.

Note : Pour analyser un autre fichier, clique en bas sur Autre fichier.

ensuite :

J'ai effectué un recherche pour SysNative et acovcnt.exe sur le PC mais ils n'existent pas

Et je n'ai pas Customs Scans/Fixes mais "Personnalisation". Je me contente juste de le copier dedans et de cliquer sur Analyse ?

Est-ce qu'il y a d'autres choses que je dois faire ?
Bon en tous cas pour le moment j'ai l'impression que mon histoire de connexion internet faible ou inexistante, et de processus qui avoisine les 90%, est encore malheureusement ominprésent...
C'est pour ca que je serais vraiment curieux de s'avoir si tu as entrevu dans tous les exams des choses suspectes.

bonjour desole du retard week end chargé qui commence lol ▶ Télécharge Dr Web CureIt sur ton Bureau : ▶ redemarre en mode sans échec ▶- Double clique (clic droit "en tant qu'admin" sous Vista) et ensuite clique sur ; ▶- Clique à l'invite de l'analyse rapide. S'il trouve des processus infectés alors clique le bouton . Note : une fenêtre s'ouvrira avec options pour "Commander" ou "50% de réduction" : Quitte en cliquant le "X". ▶- Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, clique sur le menu puis ; Choisis l'onglet , et décoche . Clique ensuite sur . ▶- De retour à la fenêtre principale : clique pour activer ▶- Clique le bouton avec flèche verte sur la droite, et le scan débutera. ▶- Clique pour tout à l'invite "Désinfecter ?" lorsqu'un fichier est détecté, et ensuite clique "Désinfecter". ▶- Lorsque le scan sera complété, regarde si tu peux cliquer sur l' icône, adjacente aux fichiers détectés (plusieurs feuilles l'une sur l'autre). Si oui, alors clique dessus et ensuite clique sur l'icône , au dessous, et choisis . ▶- Du menu principal de l'outil, au haut à gauche, clique sur le menu et choisis . Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv ▶-pour le rapport tu l enregistres sur ton bureau , tu clic droit dessus /envoyer vers / dossiers compresses ensuite : tu m'envoies l'archive comme ceci : clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/ ▶ Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus. ▶ Clique sur Ouvrir. ▶ Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".
