Hello everyone,
I have a little problem, when I signed up for Priceminister, I entered a fictitious date of birth and of course, I can't remember it. I have around €30 in my wallet and I want to buy an MP4 player, but they are asking for my password and date of birth to finalize the purchase. So, I can't buy this player. I have contacted Priceminister, and I hope to get a response. I've read on other forums that you have to send a photocopy of your ID, but is all this true?

    Hello,

    On the Priceminister homepage, click on ""my account" (located at the top right, below Sports & Leisure).
    On the new page, in Identification (Already a PriceMember?), click on ""Forgot password?".
    On the new page, enter your email address (+ ""Go").

    You will receive an email giving you (or re-giving you) your password (no need for your date of birth to finalize a purchase).

      Hi, you look on the site in the help section and there's something that says what to do if you've entered a fake date of birth, then they ask you to send a copy of your ID, etc... That's it! And sorry, I don't really remember where it is on the site, it's been a while!

    Hello,

    Are you sure that it is necessary to provide the date of birth when placing an order?

    I just simulated an order on this site, and I stopped at the "Secure payment by credit card" page (I didn't want to turn my order simulation into an order confirmation).

    And, up until this page, I was never asked for my date of birth!... Is this information requested AFTER?

    To retrieve the username and password, I followed the instructions in my message from April 24, 2010, and I received two different emails providing those two details.
