Hello,

I have a SFR plan at €19.90/month with unlimited SMS
and my credit is accumulating, I have €40
I would like to play games on TF1 and get reimbursed afterwards as mentioned on their site.

-Is it possible with my plan?
-Do they really refund all the money?

Isn't it a good deal???

Hello everyone
Since TF1 outsourced the reimbursement of participation fees to the H2A group, I have invoices that have not been paid, and coincidentally, they are the largest ones.
Of course, I have claimed via email on the TF1er site to H2A, and I received only "standard" responses.
H2A asked me for a bank account details for May that I supposedly hadn't sent (if they have my address, they must have received the bank account details, as it’s on the same detachable sheet).
I did send the bank account details again, and since then, I haven't heard anything.
They are playing it safe with their game conditions, 6 months to reimburse, and no request for investigation or justification will be considered.
On 09/17/2011, I renew my request from May with another FT invoice and bank account details (61 €) for July.
As of today, the status of my reimbursements:
July invoice received (9 €)
Invoices from May, June, August, September, no reimbursement (total 130 €)
Of course, I no longer participate in these games. I believed in Santa Claus, and now I understand why TF1 offloads to third-party companies; it’s everyone else's fault.
It's up to you to decide.

This means that if you have an unlimited SMS plan that incurs no costs, you cannot request a refund. It's like a salesman using the company's credit card for his meals who cannot ask for reimbursement of his food expenses.

Note that these games are *generally* (it depends on the plan) surcharged and therefore billed outside the plan.
