SFR SMS problem 952

Hello, since last night I've been having a problem sending SMS with my mobile. When I send a text, a message from 952 appears immediately:

"Due to a technical problem, your text could not be sent. Please try again later."

The worst part is that despite my unlimited texts, I still have over €5 of credit left!

I'm troubled because I need my phone quite urgently... And I would like to know where the problem comes from and if there's a solution to fix this quickly since I'm paying for a service I don't have...

I have never had this kind of problem with Free. I can't wait for the year to pass because SFR is terrible. At least be respectful to your customers who give you a job. The 952 is truly unbearable. And no visibility - you are ordered to pay an extra 20 euros, whereas I don't make more calls than usual when I was paying 2 euros a month with Free.

I will go see the Consumers' Union tomorrow morning to explain the problem. Let's see if we can cancel this contract that no one seems to be satisfied with according to the messages I'm reading.
Is there a 4-month waiting period? I will inquire about that.
