On the SYMA access point name, the APN parameters are as follows:

NAME: Syma

APN Type: default

If it doesn't work, some phones require the following APN type: default,supl,ia,internet,dun,xcap,email

Also, some updates do not allow free writing in APN Type, so you have to choose: internet.

You need to set both APNs and select the second one.
For me, it works now, I have a Redmi Note 10 Pro.

On Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus

I entered the Orange settings for mahelivog, but every time I save, nothing is memorized, or maybe it's in hidden settings.
(I noticed that with an MNC different from 30, it doesn't save...)

Then I added a new APN with the following values and tested it with this configuration, which worked immediately:

MMS issue.

Old SIM: no issues with the default settings provided by Syma.

New 5G Syma SIM: I eventually found, in addition to the default settings provided by SYMA (which differ between those on their website and those sent by email), that it is necessary to set:
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Roaming protocol: IPv4:IPv6

I also set:
APN TYPE: default,hipri,mms,dun,ia

No MMS with J5 Samsung and Huawei Y5 2019 - Eventually, I achieved a good result by following the procedure after a thousand attempts.
Perform the automatic settings via the link https://symacom.tweakker.com/
You will receive 2 automatic settings SMS, one for MMS, the other for internet.
Start with the MMS link, follow the instructions, and finish with an immediate restart of your mobile before doing anything else. For my part, already at this stage, upon restart, sending and receiving MMS works, while following both procedures, only the internet works, for reasons unknown!!!
Then do the same with the procedure from the second SMS for internet, remembering to restart again immediately before anything else. Hoping it works for you too. I also add that it is important to delete your previous attempts at adding APN, at the risk of no longer knowing where your settings stand and what does what!.

I have exactly the same problem. I went from no subscription to a blocked subscription for 9.90. 4G is working okay, even if it's a bit slow. SMS and calls are fine, except for MMS of course. I've tried several settings, but nothing works, neither sending nor receiving MMS. It feels like a little scam, doesn't it? Anyway, if you found the solution, please let me know.

I've tried entering your settings and saving, but it says "the access point settings are not available for this user."

No response on the chat since my first message at 10:22.
And on the phone, it hangs up...

Just to let you know that after activating my SIM (this Friday) and the issues with 4G and MMS (still waiting for a technician's call...), I can now neither send nor receive regular SMS... (the SMS service only lasted one day...)

I can be called, but I can't call back....

It's perfect! (irony) SIM card that is of no use to me!!

- Enter your number, they send a procedure for automatic setup via SMS ... As for me, I obviously didn't receive it, so I clicked further down ("if no wifi ... click here"), and I followed the manual setup procedure.
- Turn off/restart the phone ...

... And there, miracle, SMS and MMS finally accessible!

I opened the SMS tweakker that arrived in the meantime, which offered me the automatic installation of the internet, I don't know if it was useful in my case but I validated it anyway.
