Hello,
I've been trying to contact Syma customer service through their great chat, but no one is answering... :(
So if anyone here can help me, that would be amazing!
Let me explain:
I activated my Syma mobile SIM card yesterday (once my old operator cut off the network), and I followed all the recommendations to set up 4G and MMS to the letter.
As for the 4G, it works (even though the speed isn't amazing), but the MMS are not working :'(
I've been struggling with the settings since last night.
I've tried the automatic settings several times (from the Symamobile website), nothing.
In manual mode, nothing.
And this, restarting my device each time to make sure it picks up the new settings...
I also attempted several settings I found on various forums, but nothing....
I'm getting desperate...
P.S.: I have a Nokia 8.3, Android latest version.
Thanks in advance!

Good evening,
For the same issue, Syma provided me with the following APN configuration (which works):

Good evening everyone,
Manguil, what method are you referring to, Mich?
I have a friend who is very troubled and is also unable to configure (SFR Syma network): he receives MMS from the SFR network but not from the Bouygues network, whether directly or through the various MVNOs using the network.
I’m not sure if I should tell him to use symamobile.com or .fr
and if at the end of the APN type he should put dun or ia
the same goes for the MCC and MNC
he has an Android smartphone and the auto configuration doesn’t work,
Thanks a lot to both of you and to the other fellow forum members struggling!
Hello,
I had problems sending and receiving MMS
Syma sent me an email.
We invite you to make the following modification to the Orange MMS APN:
NAME: Orange MMS
APN: orange.acte
Username: orange
Password: orange
MMSC: http://mms.orange.fr
MMS Proxy: 192.168.010.200
MMS Port: 8080
MCC: 208
MNC: 01
Authentication Type: PAP
APN Type: MMS
APN Protocol: IPV4
APN Roaming Protocol: IPV4
On the SYMA access point name, the APN parameters are as follows:
NAME: Syma
APN: symamobile.com
MCC: 208
MNC: 01
Authentication Type: none
APN Type: default
If it doesn't work, some phones require the following APN type: default, supl,ia,internet, dun, xcap, email
Also, some updates do not allow free writing in APN Type, so you have to choose: internet.
You need to set both APNs and select the second one.
For me, it works now, I have a Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Hello, thank you for your advice. I can't use the link https://symacom.tweakker.com/ because it tells me there is no configuration for the Wiko Y81, which is a shame.
But by configuring a bit blindly, I just managed to do it.
Thank you

Alright, but in the meantime, I contacted Syma via chat just in case.
So go to where you know in connections - Mobile networks - Access point names.
Click add:
NAME: Syma 4G
APN: symacomobile.com
leave empty then
MCC: 208
MNC: 01
Authentication type: PAP
APN type
default
APN protocol/IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
The rest is empty.
Edit: Restart the phone of course. ;)

On Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus
I entered the Orange settings for mahelivog, but every time I save, nothing is memorized, or maybe it's in hidden settings.
(I noticed that with an MNC different from 30, it doesn't save...)
Then I added a new APN with the following values and tested it with this configuration, which worked immediately:
Name: syma
APN: symamobile.com
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not set
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
Server: Not set
MMSC: http://mms.symamobile.com

Authentication type: none
APN type: internet + mms
APN protocol: IPv4
Roaming protocol: IPv4
Support: not set
Virtual operator type: none
Then save
I hope this will work for you.
Good luck.

MMS issue.
Old SIM: no issues with the default settings provided by Syma.
New 5G Syma SIM: I eventually found, in addition to the default settings provided by SYMA (which differ between those on their website and those sent by email), that it is necessary to set:
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Roaming protocol: IPv4:IPv6
I also set:
APN TYPE: default,hipri,mms,dun,ia
I hope this helps.
Best regards,

Hello, I have a Galaxy S9 Plus, and one day, I couldn't send MMS anymore, and it's never their fault... and worse, nothing since the 22nd, bug on 5G SIM activation...
Hello, thank you for all your advice, but I still can't send MMS since I changed to the new 5G SIM card.
I am using a Wyko Y81.
Thank you for your help.

No MMS with J5 Samsung and Huawei Y5 2019 - Eventually, I achieved a good result by following the procedure after a thousand attempts.
Perform the automatic settings via the link https://symacom.tweakker.com/
You will receive 2 automatic settings SMS, one for MMS, the other for internet.
Start with the MMS link, follow the instructions, and finish with an immediate restart of your mobile before doing anything else. For my part, already at this stage, upon restart, sending and receiving MMS works, while following both procedures, only the internet works, for reasons unknown!!!
Then do the same with the procedure from the second SMS for internet, remembering to restart again immediately before anything else. Hoping it works for you too. I also add that it is important to delete your previous attempts at adding APN, at the risk of no longer knowing where your settings stand and what does what!.

I have exactly the same problem. I went from no subscription to a blocked subscription for 9.90. 4G is working okay, even if it's a bit slow. SMS and calls are fine, except for MMS of course. I've tried several settings, but nothing works, neither sending nor receiving MMS. It feels like a little scam, doesn't it? Anyway, if you found the solution, please let me know.
I've tried entering your settings and saving, but it says "the access point settings are not available for this user."
No response on the chat since my first message at 10:22.
And on the phone, it hangs up...

So the only solution left is to try this Syma page
Before, we could find the page to choose the phone, but now we need the line number.
There is a manual or automatic option that will make you download a configuration file.

Hello,
Have you tried the settings on this page:
https://www.monpetitforfait.com/toutes-les-aides/apn-syma-mobile
You need to scroll down to the middle of the page to the section "What to enter as information in the MMS APN section with Syma Mobile?"

Hello,
yes, I came across this page during my research, it doesn't work either...
Meanwhile, my husband managed to get someone on the phone (call in progress), he's having them perform some troubleshooting, but nothing is working anymore, even 4G is down...
(by the way, the advisor was able to tell us "I see you are trying to send an mms to 06....well yes, we're doing tests as husband and wife to see if it works but the image isn't sending..)
what did I not do to switch operators to pay less :(
Ps: thanks to everyone trying to help me ;)
Edit: the advisor eventually told us "this exceeds my expertise, the technical service will call you back".... but we don't know when...

I had them too, and it helped more or less for me and my children, but no, you made the right choice by going to SYMA.
If you have them on the phone, ask them if they have properly activated the MMS sending option for your line.
This is an operation that only technicians can perform
because my son/daughter's numbers were prepaid before I switched them to a plan, and they were very old, so they carried out this update on the lines.
That’s a lead to suggest to them.
I'm sure this will lead to results.

Hello everyone,
Just to let you know that after activating my SIM (this Friday) and the issues with 4G and MMS (still waiting for a technician's call...), I can now neither send nor receive regular SMS... (the SMS service only lasted one day...)
I can be called, but I can't call back....
It's perfect! (irony) SIM card that is of no use to me!!

Since I subscribed to this operator, I have had nothing but problems.
I am extremely disappointed.
Currently, after numerous difficulties, I have services for phone, SMS, and internet, but it is impossible to send or receive MMS.
I have tried several APNs...
Name: Syma
APN: symamobile.com
MMSC: http://mms.symamobile.com
MMS Proxy: 10.255.2.141
MMS Port: 8080
MCC: 208
MNC: 30
APN Type: default,hipri,mms,dun
Or APN Type: default,hipri,mms,ai
I have also tried many others... I called customer service... with no result...
However, I noticed that SFR numbers or those using the SFR network are able to send me MMS... but only them.
I will be making a complaint to the Telecommunications Mediator; it is a disgrace!

Hello
For me, when I managed to get someone from Syma, he told me how to set it up, and when I told him that was how I had done it before but it wasn't working, he replied, "then why did you call me?" I responded that it wasn't working, and he then told me to call back and hung up on me!
It's shameful!

Finally, I can finally receive/send my MMS/SMS! It's been 2 months that I was stuck!!!
From my PC, I went to symacom.tweakker:
https://symacom.tweakker.com/choose
- Specify the brand and model of your phone (or click on help: search via IMEI, effective!)
- Enter your number, they send a procedure for automatic setup via SMS ... As for me, I obviously didn't receive it, so I clicked further down ("if no wifi ... click here"), and I followed the manual setup procedure.
- Turn off/restart the phone ...
... And there, miracle, SMS and MMS finally accessible!
I opened the SMS tweakker that arrived in the meantime, which offered me the automatic installation of the internet, I don't know if it was useful in my case but I validated it anyway.
There you go :-)
I hope this will help others

Do MMS even work?
I have the same problem, I have the same as you except that for the type of mobile network I have the choice between internet + MMS, Internet, and MMS; I have tried everything by turning off my phone after each change but I still can't send or receive MMS.
Hello,
My son goes to the settings, then switches to 3G manually and then back to 4G.
This restarts.
