Fake Facebook account

Hello,

For 2 months, someone has created a Facebook account using my photo and my name. I reported it to Facebook, but nothing happened. I also did it with friends from their accounts, but the same result. I would like to contact them by phone, but I can't find their numbers. What should I do? When I send them an email, I receive an automatic response that has nothing to do with my issue.

You can send them a copy of your ID photo, so they will see that you are indeed the person corresponding to this undesirable profile.

Your computer does not do what you want ... but what you tell it to do.

They could always think it's a setup...

Do you have their address, or rather the address of the headquarters?

Go to the bottom of the profile, there is a link "Report or block this person": click on it.
Then, check "Report this person" in the window that opens and in the list below select "Fake profile".
In the second list that will appear, select "Impersonation of my identity [...]".

It's been done for 2 months already. Even my friends have reported it on their side. Nothing. I'm looking for a mailing address or a phone number. Thank you anyway.

    Hello

I don’t know how to do it, but with Facebook or Skyrock, there’s always a big problem when you have an issue since they never reply to your emails or messages. On one hand, it’s understandable with the number of users, but on the other hand, many people wouldn’t leave Facebook if the customer support were better.

If you sent them an email, wait 5 or 6 days because they receive so many emails that it takes several days to look through them.

Be patient, and if you don’t receive a response, rewrite an email, making sure to write it as best as you can and providing as many details as possible.

In the meantime, try to prove on your own who created the Facebook account.

I myself reported a photo of someone smoking drugs on their profile picture on Facebook, and I received an automatic response right after sending the email, but the photo is still there... two months after sending my email.

I think you have little chance that the fake Facebook account will be deleted.

    Good luck

Thank you, but they responded off the mark; these are pre-made answers, no one has read my email!
