The president of our association has created a Facebook page for it, but from his personal account. Is it possible to register this page in the name of the association, or if not, retrieve the elements of this page to migrate them to the account we will create for this association? Hello
You are not allowed to create a personal account for an association. It's prohibited by Facebook's policy.
Associations are only allowed to have public pages.
Personal accounts are reserved for individuals.
