ThinkPad X32 Startup Issues

Hello everyone, I am the happy owner of an IBM ThinkPad X32 that I bought last year second-hand and I am really very happy with it.
But here's the thing, for a while now, three times out of two at startup it would beep and wouldn't start... Apparently, it's a Phoenix BIOS, so I researched the meaning and it seemed to me that it was a keyboard controller problem. Since it wasn't certain that the problem would be fixed by buying a keyboard and I still had some doubts about a possible RAM issue, I first removed one stick, no change, then I swapped the two, no change, the bug is random; let's say it never starts on the first try, but once it gets going, it runs all day without any bugs, everything works perfectly... I'm speaking in the past tense because I thought that since it was old, there might have been some oxidation. Anyway, I applied contact cleaner on the RAM sticks and around the socket. Miracle of the product maybe, but now it has been a week that it starts every time, really every time, but on the other hand, two out of three times, barely after the desktop appears, it freezes and nothing responds. Just like at the beginning, when it doesn't freeze, it runs all day without ever crashing. I don't know what to do because now I no longer have BIOS beeps and I don't know if it's worth buying a RAM stick for 45 euros or a keyboard for the same price.
I also tried to repair Windows with the CD but nothing works, it freezes during the CD launch; I strongly suspect a hardware problem, but which one??
Has anyone ever encountered a similar problem?
Can you help me?
