> Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
- Enregistre le programme sur ton bureau. 
- Double clique sur RSIT.exe 
- A l'écran "Disclaimer" choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.
- Si HiJackThis n'est pas détecté sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera ; accepte alors la licence.
- Une fois le scanne terminé tu obtiendras un rapport log.txt. Poste le sur le forum.
NB : Il se peut que tu obtiennes un second rapport nommé info.txt. Dans ce cas poste le aussi mais dans un second message.

Le programme s'execute ?
Le programme affiche une erreur ? Si oui laquelle ?

Etc...

Sois plus expressif(ve) stp sinon ça va être dur...
Laisse le programme tourné quelques minutes même s'il semble 'planter'.

Dis moi ce qu'il en est. Sinon on fait autrement. ;-)

Alors :

> Télécharge OTL de OLDTimer : http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/
- enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
- Double clic ( pour Vista / 7 => clic droit "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur") sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.
- Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity
- Coche la case devant scan all users
- règle-le sur "60 Days"
- dans la colonne de gauche , mets tout sur "all" (ne modifie pas ceci : "files created whithin" et "files modified whithin")
- Clic sur Run Scan.
A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).
Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)
NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM
Pour le transmettre clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/
- Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus.
- Clique sur Ouvrir.
- Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

- Copie ce lien dans ta réponse.

Ok, et bien alors :

> Les logiciels suivants (MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et Ccleaner) te seront utiles par la suite - ils sont à conserver.

> Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware : 
- Installe le programme puis lance le.
NB : S'il te manque COMCTL32.OCX alors télécharge le ici 
- Fais les mises à jour (clique sur "Mises à jour" puis "Recherche de mises à jour").
- Clique sur "Executer un examen rapide" puis "Rechercher" et sélectionne tous tes disques durs => le scan débute....patiente...
- A la fin du scanne, clique sur "supprimer" (Si des éléments sont difficiles à supprimer, un message te demandera de redémarrer : clique sur <Oui> alors)
- après suppression des infections : un rapport va être généré : sauvegarde le et poste le sur forum.
NB : Si tu as besoin : Tuto


Après,
>Télécharge et installe Ccleaner (logiciel à conserver et à utiliser régulièrement) : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/ , si besoin est tu trouveras des Tutoriaux ici, ici et là.

>Lance Ccleaner,,
- Choisi l'onglet "Options" puis clique sur "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures" (tout doit être supprimé).
- Dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" clique sur "Analyse".
- Une fois l'analyse terminée, clique sur "Lancer le Nettoyage".
- Recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien (cela varie en général entre 1 et 4 fois).
- Dans l'onglet "registre" => Recherches des erreurs => Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées => enregistre une sauvegarde => corriger toutes erreurs sélectionnées => ok => fermer.
N.B : Si Ccleaner te propose d'enregistrer une sauvegarde, reponds oui et enregistre sous 'Bureau'
- Recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien (cela varie en général entre 1 et 4 fois).

Ca fait deux bonnes raisons pour oublier le RSIT.

Bon je ne me suis pas amusé à trier les fichiers détectés par OTL et ceux supprimés par MBAM... Y en a trop.
Mais ce qui est sûr c'est qu'il en reste encore.


Peux-tu refaire un OTL et poster son rapport pour voir la différence ?


Puis, après l'avoir poster, faire un scan en ligne comme ceci :

> Scanne ton PC avec  BitDefender en ligne : http://www.bitdefender.fr/scan_fr/scan8/ie.html (uniquement sous Internet Explorer) 
- Clique sur J'accepte puis accepte également l'ActiveX bloqué par la barre anti-popup du SP2 qui clignotera en haut et installe le.
- Commence par connecter tout ton matériel de stockage à ton PC (clés USB, DD amovible...) si possible. Allume les si necessaire.
- Ensuite, clique sur Cliquez ici pour scanner.
- Patiente jusqu'à la fin du scan qui peut durer assez longtemps... 
- Poste le rapport une fois terminé.

Non, des faux positifs on dirait bien. D'autre part je ne vois plus rien dans les rapports. Pour vérifier ces deux fichiers (comme ça ils seront catalogués) : > Rends toi sur le site Virus Total : https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ et fais analyser le fichier suivant : (Clique sur puis copie/colle la ligne dans le cadre "Nom du Fichier", ensuite valide par . Clique alors sur ) c:\windows\system32\oem\cleanup.cmd et poste le résultat par copier/coller (ou le lien http, c'est plus rapide et préférable). - Si Virus total te dit que le fichier a déjà été analysé alors demande une nouvelle analyse. - Refais la même chose avec : c:\windows\system32\oem\cleanup_mlp.cmd Sinon plus de souci de ton coté ? C'est fort dommage car je ne vois rien.

Essaye ceci stp :

> Télécharge ZHPDiag sur ton bureau : https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html
- Double clique sur ZHPDiag.exe(clic droit ,"exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista). Une fois installé le programme s'ouvre automatiquement
- Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.
- A la fin de l'analyse clique sur la "disquette" (enregistrer sous..).
- Rend toi sur ce site : http://www.cijoint.fr/index.php puis clique sur parcourir et sélectionne le fichier ZhpDiag.txt
- Un lien va être créer, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

En effet, c'est très bizarre. Désolé mais je ne vois vraiment pas. Tu utilises quoi comme navigateur web ? Internet Explorer ? Firefox ? Tu peux utiliser ATF cleaner : > Télécharge ATF Cleaner par Atribune sur ton bureau. - Démarre ATF-Cleaner et coche la dernière case nommé 'select all'. - Clique sur et au message "Done Cleaning" sur NB : Si tu utilises Firefox ou Opera : - Clique sur Firefox ou Opera en haut puis choisis
