Switching plans with NRJ Mobile

I would like to know if it is possible to change my plan offer with NRJ Mobile and how to do it

    Here are the re-engagement rules currently in effect at NRJ Mobile:
    Change of tier only: no re-engagement
    Change of offer: re-engagement for 12 or 24 months depending on the starting offer

    It is possible to reduce or increase the duration of the plan by calling the customer service at 675 200 or 09 69 360 200, with no constraints regarding the offer’s price.

      Hello, I would like to change my plan: - NRJ Mobile Be Live v2 2h plan - NRJ Mobile Be Live v3 1h plan Because I took the v2 2h offer for unlimited internet, which is not offered by the Be Live v2 1h offer. I never use my calling plan and I have wasted it for nothing, so also money... I’ve been out of contract since July 2011. On the NRJ Mobile site, they offer me the v2 2H cheaper, but also the v3 2H and 3H. In no case the 1h v3 offer. I would thus like to know if it is possible to switch to a v3 1h unlimited internet and unlimited SMS, and without any commitment on my part, or to switch back to the cheaper v2 now but without commitment. P.S. (I’m waiting for the release of Free Mobile plans to decide whether to switch between Free or Bouygues Telecom because I have an iPhone 4 as well as my friend and we can’t take advantage of all these features with NRJ Mobile, particularly MMS. My friend is under contract until March 2012, so I’m waiting to switch plans at the same time.)

      I have a one-month commitment for 12 months with NRJ; I want to reduce the fee, they are asking me for 200 euros.
